Listings data is automatically updated every 90 minutes. That means at most, you would need to wait up to 90 minutes to see any changes you've made in your MLS system, to be updated on your website.

Yes. Agent SITE is deeply rooted in the notion that brand and personal brand is what helps you distinguish yourself as an agent. Without a logo, it is possible to launch your site, though your site will appear bland and templated. If you need a logo, we have professional logo design capabilities through LogoHue.com

We have an onboarding checklist that gives you a rundown of everything we need from you to get your site up and running. Feel free to print it out and use it as a guide.

As soon as you Sign Up, we get busy working on the setup of your site and setting a meeting to discuss your business and brand. It can take 4 to 6 weeks to launch your custom site design. We provide training after your site is launched which usually happens within 30 days of your initial Sign Up.

One thing that differentiates Agent SITE from other WordPress Real Estate Website providers is that we are a web development agency and we have tremendous expertise in marketing, analytics, and strategy. After we launch your site, we will set up a regular meeting to check in. We'll discuss your business and review analytics and metrics to see how your website is performing and if there are any areas for improvement on an ongoing basis.

Each Agent SITE includes one agent's listings. You can add additional agent's listings data to your website for $25 / agent / month.

Yes. The Agent SITE team is more than customer service. We're a full-service web development agency who can help you with all aspects of content development and management for your website.

Yes. This is one of the best things about having your own website separate from your broker. Your website domain will build long term Search Engine Optimization (SEO) value. Additionally you will have a website that reflects your brand.

All visitors who fill out the Schedule a Showing form or Contact form are tracked in a database. We can configure this database to synchronize to your e-mail marketing platform such as Mail Chimp or Campaign Monitor. You can also export the database to a spreadsheet for use in a variety of other systems. Additionally, we configure an autoresponder message that is sent to your visitor so they know you'll be responding soon.

Your Agent SITE comes preprogrammed to highlight your own listings and move them towards the top of search results. It's easy to promote an open house as well – all you need to know is the MLS number of the listing and type in the additional information about the open house such as the time and location information.

We pride ourselves on paperless and digital processes to streamline our business and stay efficient. We accept all major credit cards and securely store your card with our partner Stripe, to charge your subscription and additional charges from Add-Ons you request. Additionally, we can set up ACH auto-draft monthly payments from your bank account (some setup is required).

Yes, we use contracts to confirm our mutual commitment of working together. Our goal with Agent SITE is to surpass your expectations of what a website should be and how a website technology partner works with you. If you are ever dissatisfied, you may cancel at any time. We do however have a 30 day cancellation policy meaning you will need to cancel 30 days prior to your next billing date to avoid an additional month's billing. If you received discounts or promotions when you signed up, an early termination requires repayment of those discounts.

Yes. While Agent SITE is not current connected to every MLS Board in the country, we have the technology to quickly onboard your MLS once you and your MLS Board complete any paperwork involved in getting us your RETS feed credentials.
